Garrett Mechanical work-order documentation before and after commercial service

Show the Condition Before and After on the Work Order

A completed ticket without pictures is a rumor

We still close commercial tickets that say unit running with no photo of the iced coil we found or the clean drain we left. The next tech, and finance, cannot see the asset. Before-and-after on the work order is how a Florida store and a Tennessee store stay comparable. It is not decoration. It is the record.

Facility inspections that need that same photo habit sit under facility inspections. Naming the asset correctly still matters: same asset names across buildings.

One frame of the defect, one frame of the closeout

Wide shot for location, close shot for the failed part, then the same angles after the repair. If a second condition showed up, it gets its own photo and a separate line, not a buried sentence. Ceiling work that blocks another trade belongs on one trade blocking another trade's ceiling.

Preventive maintenance visits should still leave a photo even when nothing failed. That is how you prove the filter was actually changed.

What to send

A sample of how your current tickets look at closeout. Contact us if you want that photo field to be required on the next visit.

Show before and after. The next building in the portfolio should not start from a blank memory.
